Progressives give a smooth change from distance to reading with no line. Bifocals are simpler and often cheaper. For heavy desk work an office lens can be more comfortable than either. We talk through how you actually spend your day before recommending one.
Anti-glare reduces halos while driving at night, blue-light filtering helps long screen sessions, and photochromic lenses darken outdoors. We only suggest the coatings you will notice.
Most people adapt within a week or two by moving their head rather than their eyes. If something still feels wrong, bring the glasses back and we will recheck the fit and the power.

Most frames work, but very shallow frames leave too little room for the reading zone. We will tell you before you commit to a frame.
